Little hotel located in a central area right by the Pantheon, several great restaurants and a coffee shop, the center of rome, and Trevi Fountain in the other direction. Great service, truly wonderful and very kind staff during stay. Quiet atmosphere and triple room with charming decor

Charme & Chic Luxury is perfectly situated near the Pantheon, nice for easy walking access to many attractions. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and spacious. I thoroughly enjoyed the local dining options nearby.

Incredibly central location for exploring Rome's attractions.
The check-in process was frustrating, as we waited an hour for our room despite arriving on time. The noise levels were unbearable due to thin walls and loud door slams early in the morning. Customer service was almost non-existent. We had issues with our room, including a missing coffee maker, which took too long to resolve.

How charming! The walls are paper thin, I heard my neighbors, made sleep impossible. Expected a nice touch upon arrival, but not even a welcome chocolate! Can't believe I had to haul my luggage up two flights. I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't ignore those major issues.

Our cozy triple room provided a comfortable retreat after busy days exploring. Don't waste time on the breakfast coupon. Many good cafes are nearby. Instead, find local spots for authentic Italian breakfast. Great location and clean accommodations made our romantic getaway lovely!

The room and bathroom were very nice, and the location was fantastic, just a block from the Pantheon with numerous dining options nearby. Communication was seamless via WhatsApp, nice for quick responses to transportation requests and inquiries . It was a comfortable and well-placed location for a work trip in Rome.
Carrying luggage up two flights of stairs was inconvenient.

The rooms are neat and modern, each equipped with a private bathroom, electric kettle, fridge, and glassware. the location is perfect, right by the Pantheon and surrounded by many excellent restaurants. the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo are close by. - There is a nearby option for a nice cup of tea or coffee at Della Palma.
